Edin Dzeko expected move to AC Milan

Swedish international is expected to leave Paris Saint-Germain Rossoneri coach Massimiliano Allegri see Dzeko 26 years as the ideal replacement.

Dzeko of Wolfsburg joined City in January 2011 for € 32 million, but never really can live up to high expectations on the role of champions of the Premier League.

City boss Roberto Mancini is a great admirer of Bosnia, both on and off the field, but would be willing to sacrifice the attacker for a sum in the region of € 35 million to create funds for new contracts.

Dzeko is happy at Etihad Stadium, but also wishes to obtain a common share of the team, and therefore can not choose to move into the summer transfer window.

The attacker was a strong Milan fan since his youth, and a shirt of his idol and former Rossoneri star Andriy Shevchenko on the wall of his home in Bosnia.

Dzeko currently earn an annual salary of € 8 million in the city, while Ibrahimovic is € 12 million a season in Milan.

Meanwhile, the Serie A giants are also monitoring the situation of Mattia Destro. 21 impressed on loan at Siena in the 2011-12 campaign, and his agent went to Milan in Via Turati headquarters.

However, San Siro against fierce competition held clubs like Inter, Juventus and Roma in the race for the signature of Destro.
